Supply chain

Standard components are purchased from world known specialised suppliers. Manufacturing items are either manufactured by EMTECH’s own CNC Parts Production section and/or purchased from our manufacturing partners, mainly for the frames, sheet metal and other commodities.

Building-up and Testing

The Assembling team, supported by our independent Quality Inspection team executes building-up of the assemblies or complete machines. Machines are build-up in stages/sub-assemblies to reduce final build-up time of a machine.

Warehousing

For Call-Off Contracts we keep either complete mounted assemblies or machines in our warehousing or in some cases we keep ALL items before assembling and assembly JIT before transport to the client.
